Where We Ship

We deliver across the Gulf and beyond:

  • Gulf region: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait.
  • International: We also ship to select destinations worldwide.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat 19 SAR across the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Kuwait) — one simple rate, no matter how many mats you order.
  • 99 SAR for international orders outside the Gulf.

Cash on Delivery

For your convenience, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the Gulf. There is no need to pay anything online — simply pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives at your door.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery within the Gulf: Your order typically arrives in 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • International delivery: Times vary by destination and local customs; estimated timelines are shared at checkout where available.

Personalised and monogrammed mats are made to order, so they may take a little extra time before dispatch — well worth the wait for something made just for you.

Order Tracking

Delays & Holidays

During peak seasons, public holidays such as Ramadan and Eid, or in cases beyond our control (weather, courier or customs delays), delivery may take a little longer than usual. We always do our best to keep things moving and to keep you informed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address may delay your delivery or cause a parcel to be returned to us.
