What material are the mats made from?
Sakina prayer mats come in two premium finishes: a soft, luxurious velvet and an easy-care microfiber. Both are designed to feel beautiful underfoot while staying lightweight and durable. We also offer a dedicated kids mat made with the same care.
What size are the mats?
Our standard prayer mats measure approximately 70 × 110 cm — generously sized for comfortable prayer. The kids mat is approximately 50 × 90 cm, perfectly scaled for little ones.
Are they machine washable?
Yes. Every Sakina mat is machine washable, so keeping it fresh and clean is effortless. The foldable, lightweight design also makes it easy to store and travel with.
Does it really have a built-in qibla compass?
It does. Each mat features a built-in qibla compass so you can find the correct direction of prayer wherever you are — at home, at work, or while travelling.
Is the monogram really free?
Yes — completely free. We include a personalised monogram (your chosen initials) at no extra cost on every eligible mat, so your Sakina feels truly your own.
How do I order a monogram?
Simply add your desired initials in the personalisation field on the product page before adding the mat to your cart. Because monogrammed mats are made to order, please double-check your initials carefully — they cannot be changed once production begins.
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
- Flat 19 SAR across the Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait).
- Delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- International shipping is available at 99 SAR.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — and it's our only payment method. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), so you simply pay in cash when your order arrives. No online prepayment is required.
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange your mat within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, clean and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that personalised/monogrammed mats are made to order and can only be returned if they arrive defective.
Are they good for gifts?
